Kurt Solay, a Parkston, SD native, graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1985. After graduation from law school, Kurt earned an L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University in 1987. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of South Dakota, graduating with honors.

Marli Schippers earned her law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2012. Marli is a member of the Order of the Coif. Marli earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies from the University of Kansas, graduating with highest distinction.

Sarah Weyrich is a Nebraska native who moved to South Dakota following her graduation from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law in 2019 where she graduated with honors. During law school, Sarah was an Honor Court Justice and a member of the Jessup International Law Moot Court team.

Cassidy Stalley is a civil litigator whose practice includes representing clients in personal injury, breach of contract, construction, trust and probate litigation, bad faith claims, appellate advocacy, and administrative proceedings. She has extensive experience handling complex litigation at both the trial and appellate levels, as well as representing clients in regulatory and administrative matters.
