John Nooney graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 1984. He also has a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota. He completed his undergraduate education in his home town of Yankton, SD, at Yankton College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
Kurt Solay, a Parkston, SD native, graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1985. After graduation from law school, Kurt earned an L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University in 1987. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of South Dakota, graduating with honors.
Rob Galbraith, a Rapid City native, graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2009. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Dakota in 2006 with a major in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration
Marli Schippers earned her law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2012. Marli is a member of the Order of the Coif. Marli earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies from the University of Kansas, graduating with highest distinction.
Jared Nooney graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2019. During law school, Jared was a member of University of South Dakota School of Law’s Trial Team and competed in multiple trial competitions around the country. Jared received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the South Dakota State University in 2013.
Sarah Weyrich is a Nebraska native who moved to South Dakota following her graduation from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law in 2019 where she graduated with honors. During law school, Sarah was an Honor Court Justice and a member of the Jessup International Law Moot Court team.
