Cassidy M. Stalley

Cassidy Stalley is a civil litigator whose practice includes representing clients in personal injury, breach of contract, construction, trust and probate litigation, bad faith claims, appellate advocacy, and administrative proceedings. She has extensive experience handling complex litigation at both the trial and appellate levels, as well as representing clients in regulatory and administrative matters. Known for her strong analytical skills and strategic approach to high-stakes disputes, Cassidy is a trusted advocate for individuals and businesses navigating complex legal challenges both in and out of the courtroom.

A Rapid City native, Cassidy graduated magna cum laude from the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota, before earning her law degree with honors from the University of South Dakota School of Law. Following law school, she served as a judicial clerk for the Second Judicial Circuit of South Dakota before entering private practice.

An AV-rated attorney, Cassidy has been recognized for her excellence in the legal field. She was named Outstanding Young Lawyer by the Pennington County Bar Association in 2019 and has been included in the Great Plains Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list, as well as Best Lawyers in America® – One to Watch since 2019. She is actively involved in the legal community as a member of the South Dakota Bar and Pennington County Bar Associations, the International Association of Defense Counsel, and the South Dakota Council of School Attorneys and School Administrators.

Beyond her legal practice, Cassidy is deeply committed to her community. She serves as a volunteer youth soccer coach and is a member of the Rapid City Catholic School System School Board.

Cassidy and her husband have three children. As a family, they enjoy playing sports, boating, and exploring the great outdoors.
