Kurt Solay
Kurt Solay, a Parkston, SD native, graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1985. After graduation from law school, Kurt earned an L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University in 1987. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of South Dakota, graduating with honors. Kurt was admitted to practice law in Texas in 1985 and South Dakota in 1987. He was admitted to practice in the U.S. Tax Court in 1987. Kurt is currently licensed to practice law in the State of South Dakota.
Kurt focuses his practice primarily on transactional work, including commercial finance, business transactions, real estate law, trusts and estates, and probate administration. Kurt is an A rated lawyer in the national Martindale Hubbell Peer Review Ratings and is a member of the Rapid City Chamber of Commerce, the Pennington County Bar Association, the South Dakota State Bar, and the American Bar Association.
