Samuel E. Woodall- Associate Attorney

Sam Woodall earned his law degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2017. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from Brigham Young University. Sam was admitted to practice law in South Dakota in 2018. A native of Tennessee, he moved to South Dakota in 2010 and proudly calls Rapid City his home. Sam joined Nooney & Solay in March of 2018.

Sam’s practice focuses mostly on transactional work, including business transactions, real estate transactions, trusts and estates, and probate administration.

Sam is a Member of the Pennington County Bar, the South Dakota State Bar, the American Bar Association, the West River Estate & Financial Planning Council, and the Rapid City Chamber of Commerce.
